Electrifying Heavy-Duty Industrial Operations

For electric wheel loaders operating in mining areas, charging infrastructure must be robust, reliable, and easy to manage—without disrupting daily operations.

To support the electrification of XCMG electric wheel loaders, the project required a charging solution capable of delivering fast charging performance while operating consistently in harsh on-site conditions.
Project Overview: 180 kW DC Fast Charging in a Turkish Mining Site
At the industrial mining facility in Turkey, four 180 kW DC fast charging stations were deployed to support the daily operation of electric wheel loaders.
The project selected AONENG ANDCE1 Y-series DC chargers, configured to meet the site’s power, environmental, and operational requirements. The chargers provide up to 180 kW output power, with a wide voltage range of 200–1000 V, ensuring compatibility with heavy-duty electric machinery.
Designed specifically for industrial use, the chargers support dual CCS2 connectors, flexible charging modes, and remote connectivity via 4G and Ethernet, enabling efficient operation and centralized monitoring through OCPP 1.6J.

A peak efficiency ≥96% and power factor ≥0.99 help reduce energy losses and improve overall system performance.
Industrial-grade connectivity and control
Full OCPP 1.6J compliance, remote monitoring, and multiple authentication options (RFID, QR code, APP) enable easy fleet management and operational transparency.
Customer Feedback & Scalability
Since commissioning, the charging stations have been operating reliably, supporting daily industrial use with stable performance and consistent charging quality. The solution has demonstrated strong durability in real-world mining conditions, reinforcing confidence in long-term operation.

This project also confirms the scalability and replicability of the solution—making it well suited for additional mining sites, construction projects, and other heavy-duty electrification scenarios.
